Frequently Asked QuestionsDo you do park set-ups? Unfortunately at this time we do not do park set-ups. We do plan on doing them in the future though, so check back! What's your most popular bouncer rental? As of right now, our most popular bouncer is the Princess Castle, followed closely by the Plain Castle. Will you handle other party materials, aside from the bouncer? Yes! We are currently offering A "Full Party Special"! We will provide all the necessities such as Cakes, Sodas, Ice Cream and Gift Bags. Just let us know what you would like and we'll get it to your party! Are your Bounce Houses clean? We know that Bounce Houses tend to get dirty, and they get dirty quickly. If you've rented from one of the other guys in the past, then you probably know what a dirty Jumper looks like (and smells like). We thoroughly clean the inside of our Bounce Houses before every set-up, and give them a complete cleaning every month or so back at the shop to make sure they are in top condition. We think our customers put it best. How much do you charge for a basic bounce house? Our rates are as follows:
These prices include delivery, setup, cleaning, takedown, and removal of the bounce house after your party. Should I tip the delivery guy? Tipping is not required by any means, but our delivery guys sure appreciate when you do! Are there any gas surcharges I should know about? That depends on your location. Oftentimes we deliver outside our standard service area, and in these instances there may be a gas surcharge, please call us or check your location to make sure you are within our general service area. What's the latest time you can pickup the inflatable? We like to get the bouncer back by 9PM, but oftentimes parties run later. We recommend arranging a time with your delivery guy to accomodate both your schedules. You guys are great! How can I show my appreciation!? Aw, thanks! All we need is your name, address, the date of your party, the bouncer you would like, and the surface type the bouncer will be setup on! The best place to get started is by calling us at 760-712-6416, or by requesting a party here. How much room does the bouncer need? That depends on the bounce house! The standard castles require a 15'x15' space. Do you guys deliver bouncers to my area? Check our Service Areas to see if you are within our general service area. If you are not, give us a call and we'll see what we can do for you! What's with the name? We actually put a lot of thought into our name. We wanted something that would stick out, and that people could remember, but wouldn't be a blatant attempt at getting to the top of a Yellow Page ad. Of course, we did try to think of names that started with 'A', but most were tacky and already over-used. We wanted a name that was fun, and after a couple of hours of throwing names out there, we decided we liked the idea of "bouncing off the wall". It was fun, and it flowed with the idea of a Bounce Company. Since then we think we've made the right decision and have grown quite fond of the name. Our customers remember it, and it's fun! My friend calls them Jumpies, and I call them Moonwalks. Which one of us is right? Well, there are so many different names for an inflatable party attraction! Here are a few you may have heard:
What is your policy regarding rain? Unfortunately we cannot setup in the rain. If it is raining the morning of your party, the setup will have to be canceled. There would be no charge in this event, and you will receive a phone call from us letting you know that we cannot continue with the setup. Usually if it looks like rain (but is not currently raining), we will contact you by phone and ask if you would like us to set up. If you would still like to have it setup, there will be full charge, and in the event of rain we request that nobody uses the bounce house as it becomes very slippery and dangerous. | |||||||||||||
